12 Calibration Services
CATEG SYSTEMS LIMITED maintains a well-equipped instrument laboratory where calibration, maintenance and repair of instrument and equipment take place. All of the test equipment used in the laboratory is certified regularly to ISO 9001 requirements and are all fully traceable to National or International Standards.
Our Calibration services cover:
• Analysers
• Control valves
• Controllers
• Flowmeters, whether for single or multi-phase applications
• Gauges
• Indicators
• Pressure relief valves
• Prover loops, whether bi-directional or uni-directional. Their calibration can be performed by either the Master Meter method or by Water Draw

• Tanks, whether vertical or horizontal and situated either above or below ground. Their calibration can be performed by either conventional strapping, or optical method

Our mobile calibration workshop is fully equipped with a wide range of test instruments from which our experienced engineers and technicians take care of field calibration services.
These calibration facilities can also be used in calibrating clients’ devices in-situ, normally without disrupting the production or process activities.
